Before making a reservation at Buenos Aires Touring, we encourage you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they constitute a contract agreement between Buenos Aires Touring and you from the time the booking is made. The person who makes the booking accepts these conditions on behalf of all the people in the group and is responsible for all payments due.
By submitting a booking you confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements.
Once you have submitted your booking and personal details through www.buenosairestouring.comme.en_GB, you will receive a confirmation and pro-forma invoice of your booking via e-mail. Please note that all online bookings require a down payment, whch varies according to the service booked, at the time of the booking.
If you prefer to pay for your booking with a bank transfer, please contact Buenos Aires Touring here and send us all the information regarding the booking, name of the tour, accommodation if applicable, and arrival date.
Most of the bookings are confirmed instantly; however, it may, for certain activities, take a bit longer. One of our sales representatives will contact you within two business days (48 hours) to re-confirm the booking.
The travel documents will be delivered to you once the full payment or down payment has been received. You will receive your travel documents: e-tickets, vouchers and itinerary via email.
Please print out these documents, as you may need to show them for all services during your visit to Buenos Aires.
Booking services with Buenos Aires Touring are available only to persons aged 18 years and older. By submitting a booking, you warrant and confirm to us that you comply with these arrangements.
For all Buenos Aires Touring tours and transfers, please notice that guides and drivers may be forced to alter guests schedules and routes due to force major which in this context is defined as government action or restraint, threat of war, riot, civil strike, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions or any other event beyond Buenos Aires Touring.
CANCELLATION TERMS
Applied cancellation fees differ between services.
Cancellation of Tours :
For cancellations received up to 30 calendar days before the scheduled departure, the down payment will be used as a cancellation fee. For full payment , a 20% cancellation fee willl be applied.
For cancellations received 15 -29 calendar days before the scheduled departure date the down payment will be used as a cancellation fee. For full payment , a 60% cancellation fee willl be applied.
For cancellations received 7 -14 calendar days before the scheduled departure date the down payment will be used as a cancellation fee. For full payment , a 80% cancellation fee willl be applied.
For cancellations received within 7 calendar days before the scheduled departure date the down payment will be used as a cancellation fee. For full payment , a 100% cancellation fee willl be applied.
Cancellation of Transfers:
For cancellations received at least 7 calendar days before the scheduled departure there is no cancellation fee.
For cancellations received 3 - 6 calendar days before the scheduled departure the down payment will be used as a cancellation fee. For full payment , a 50% cancellation fee willl be applied.
For cancellations received within 2 calendar days before the scheduled departure the down payment will be used as a cancellation fee. For full payment , a 100% cancellation fee willl be applied.
LIABILITY
Once you book through this site you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. Buenos Aires Touring acts in good faith and cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, accidents, sickness or schedule changes caused by weather or road conditions, force majeur such as natural catastrophes, strikes or any other irregularities beyond the control of Buenos Aires Touring. Luggage is at the owner's risk throughout the tour. We therefore advise all clients to have insurance cover, as clients are at their own risk on optional tours, such as riding tours etc.
All information on Buenos Aires Touring is subject to change and we reserve the right to correct any mistakes that may appear on our website. These general booking conditions are subject to change and we reserve the right to update these conditions without notice.
COMPLAINTS
Our main goal is to provide you with an excellent service. If you, for any reason, are not satisfied with your holiday package, we would like to hear about it. We recommend you contact us as soon as any incident occurs. All complaints must reach Buenos Aires Touring within 10 days after your departure from Buenos Aires. Otherwise, any possible compensation entitlement will not be valid.
INSURANCE
Please note that individual travel insurance is not included in the tour price and all medical costs and other costs involved must be paid by the client. It is therefore strongly recommended that participants take out personal insurance, especially for the active tours.
We strongly recommend to all of our clients to purchase comprehensive travel insurance prior to departure to meet any contingencies.
